About this project

SitePilot is our operations platform for site preparation and heavy machinery work, built around precision: 3D ground mapping, real-time site analysis, and cloud-synced fleet telemetry.

The Challenge

Excavation carries no certainty until the soil is broken. Crews face underground utility strikes during trenching and inaccurate grading that causes drainage failures downstream. Manual site surveying is slow and routinely leads to costly re-work and machinery downtime.

The Solution

We turned the fleet into a smart network. Integrated 3D ground mapping and real-time site analysis let operators visualise underground utilities and terrain layers before they dig. A cloud-synced telemetry layer monitors machinery vibration and thermal data, enabling maintenance prediction and site-wide progress visualisation from any device.
