About this project

PrimeBuild is our management platform for high-end home remodeling, providing end-to-end oversight from material procurement through to client handoff.

The Challenge

Remodeling runs on opaque progress reporting, which breeds client anxiety and operational delay. Keeping homeowners current on milestones across dozens of active job sites, while managing complex material supply chains, becomes an unmanageable administrative load.

The Solution

We built a platform that connects the field to the front office to the client. Crews log progress and upload photos from a simplified mobile interface, which instantly updates a clean client portal so homeowners can see exactly where their renovation stands. The backend automates material procurement by predicting inventory needs from project milestones.
