About this project

HomePlan Pro is a premier custom home blueprint catalog and dynamic pricing estimation engine. We transformed their business from manual paper-based processes into a fully automated, AI-driven home blueprint rendering and sales ecosystem.

The Challenge

The company manually converted AutoCAD (.DWG) blueprints into 3D home renderings using freelance designers. This was the single biggest bottleneck in the business — costing $75 per rendering, taking 1 hour each, and maxing out at 6-8 per day. A single house plan elevations set took an entire business day. Additionally, the client had no time tracking, no sales pipeline visibility, and manual order processing via email.

The Solution

We built a fully automated AI rendering pipeline that converts raw .DWG blueprints into photorealistic home elevation renderings in 90 seconds. We also designed a unified operations dashboard replacing 7+ disconnected systems to automate order processing, pricing calculations, task lists, and client tracking.

Admin Dashboard

Real-time performance overview showing gross sales, active orders, new customers, AOV, and AI rendering consumption — all tracked live with a 90-day sales performance chart and system live feed.

Sales Pipeline (GHL CRM)

Kanban-style opportunity board managing every lead from first inquiry through to closed deal — with stages for new leads, stale leads, booked appointments, paid queue, and active projects.

Stock Plans Inventory

Central catalog of 301+ published house plan designs searchable by name or ID — each entry shows square footage, bedrooms, style tag, deployment status, and current sale price.

Staff Tracking & Time Management

Manages team members, roles, and permissions. Logs every clock-in and clock-out with duration tracking so owners have full labor cost visibility across the business.

AI Intelligence

The platform utilizes computer vision models to identify front, rear, and side elevations in drawings, applying style-guided generative image pipelines to render consistent layouts.

System Architecture

Headless catalog utilizing Sanity CMS for metadata management and Next.js server actions for pricing calculations and instant file deliveries.

Database & Caching

PostgreSQL handles client accounts and checkout orders, cached with Redis for regional pricing indices.

Messaging

Resend automated email routing for blueprint download links and immediate sales team notifications.
