About this project
EstateFlow is our intelligence platform for real estate teams. It unifies CRM, MLS data, scheduling, documents, and client communication into a single system, with an automated replication pipeline that mirrors MLS GRID into a local PostgreSQL instance.

Challenge & Solution
The Challenge
A growing team was running on 6+ separate platforms — CRM, email marketing, MLS portals, scheduling, document storage, and spreadsheets. Client data was scattered, follow-ups slipped, and no single view of a client's communication history existed, so agents lost context between every interaction.
The Solution
We built one system that unifies operations, automates the follow-up workflows, and gives clients a premium front end. Underneath it sits an automated replication pipeline mirroring the MLS GRID database into a localized PostgreSQL instance, plus a bidirectional GoHighLevel CRM integration so nothing has to be re-keyed.
