BlackStag Contracting is a proprietary management suite for elite home remodeling, providing end-to-end oversight from material procurement to client handoff.

The Challenge

The home remodeling industry is plagued by a lack of transparency, leading to client anxiety and operational delays. Managing complex material supply chains while keeping homeowners updated on milestone progress across dozens of active job sites was becoming an unmanageable administrative burden for the client.

The Solution

We engineered a 'Transparent Operations' platform that connects the field to the front office and the client. Field contractors use a simplified mobile interface to log progress and uploads photos, which instantly updates a sleek client portal. This gives homeowners real-time visibility into their renovation progress, while the backend automated material procurement by predicting inventory needs based on project milestones.
